The iBurst "month - 2 - month" set of packages are obligation and contract free, paid monthly in advance you receive a set amount of bandwidth (depending on the package you choose) and if you exceed this limit you may choose between a "pay - per - use" option and a bandwidth "booster" option. "Pay - per - use" is installed on every package and it is the clients responsibility to opt out should they not want to use this option. No modem is included in these packages.
